First things first: I’d be completely remiss if I didn’t start by thanking the amazing Tumblr community for their response to TumblOS! In just a few short days after Theme Garden approval, the theme shot up to over 200 installs, putting it on the “Popular” themes page and eliciting more than a few thrills from this designer. Thank you to everyone who’s installed, tweeted, commented, or even just taken a peek! It’s been a lot of fun seeing the different backgrounds that you guys have applied, too. I wonder if there are any animated ones out there. Angelfire chic, anyone?
I’ve made some tweaks to fix a few pesky issues that have cropped up; I’m not sure if updates to the base theme apply automatically, so you might need to reinstall to see them propagate fully. Of note, your titles (highlighted on the main “menu bar”) should now link properly to your index pages, and images placed into non-image posts should no longer extend outside the confines of post windows. So to all who see this and might be using the theme currently, I advise reinstalling just to be sure that everything’s working as it should! I hope for those to be the last issues I find, but if you do spot anything odd, please let me know so I can take a look at the problem!
I’ve updated the main site with several things recently. A few art pieces, as well as some graphic/Flash design work. I’m hoping to add more content over the next few days, if I can dig up pieces that have gone missing throughout my condo. No promises on that one… I have my work cut out for me in straightening this place out.
